The CCBA (Citrus County Builders Association) is in its 26th year of existence and is a construction industry association comprised of over 250 builder and associate members. The Association promotes quality, affordable housing for Citrus County, while creating a favorable business climate for its members. Its mission is to serve its members and community through proactive involvement in government activities affecting the building industry; ethical business practices, promotion of members' products and services; continuing education and enhanced membership benefits. The Builder of the Decade Award was created to honor George Rusaw and Rusaw Homes for their exemplary record of demonstrating the aforementioned qualities.
